October 14, 2013 by Sara Leave a Comment

Chunky Apps releases its long-awaited City Birds game this week. The colorful, fast-moving and graphics-intensive game is sure to make players of all ages smile with its clever design and engaging gameplay.

City Birds is set to release after months of development, creative design and live testing. Each game character is well developed and memorable, and are certain to bring hours of fun to players of all ages. The game is easy to learn, difficult to master and far from repetitive – the touch-and-drag controls add an extra level of engagement. The complexity of City Birds increases over time to add a constant flow of new challenges.

The developers have outdone themselves on the final production version of City Birds with what is sure to take over screens for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Chunky Apps demonstrates that rare combination of sweet graphics that put incredible eye candy on your device, game play that is pure delight, and a storyline that can keep you going for hours.

“We’ve put countless hours into the development of City Birds, and we’re pleased to finally announce that it’s ready to roll,” said developer Noah Malewicz. “It’s more than just a game to us. Our goal from the beginning was to create an interactive work of art that will withstand the test of time. I’m confident our fans will enjoy playing it as much as we have enjoyed creating it.”

The developers have also created a well-followed Facebook page at facebook.com/CityBirdsGame, which has engaged users with “sneak peeks” of the game in its early stages, regular updates on progress, and personal notes from the development team. This level of user engagement is sure to produce a winner, and the developers have been highly engaged with fans from the very beginning. “We always appreciate everyone’s input, and look forward to seeing more comments on our Facebook page once the game is released this week,” added Malewicz.

The goal of City Birds is to save the colorful, winged characters from danger by capturing them for delivery to the Wildlife Preserve. The task is not as clear as it sounds. Challenging obstacles confront players to distract attention and stimulate repeat visits back to City Birds to master one’s skill level.
