Warner Bros. Home Entertainment today unveiled the I Am Legend Ultimate Collector’s Edition Blu-ray, which will release on December 9. Packaged in an all-inclusive box, the I Am Legend Ultimate Collector’s Edition will sell for $59.99 ($49.92 if you opt for the DVD version).
The I Am Legend Ultimate Collector’s Edition contains two versions of the film — one with a controversial ending — plus hours of all-new content. The package will also include a Digital Copy of the theatrical version.
The additional content consists of four animated comics, 12 never-before-seen deleted scenes with filmmaker commentary, and more than two hours of all-new extras revealing Will Smith’s own explanation of how he grew as an actor through this film.
The biggest extra content, though, will come in the form of an exclusive 44-page concept sketch book, a lenticular lucite commemorative piece featuring imagery from the film, and six collectible art cards showing international cities devastated by the virus.
