A new adventure game will ship this fall for the Nintendo DS, as Konami today took the wraps off Time Hollow. Time Hollow will see players solving modern-day mysteries by traveling through time to change events of the past.
As an adventure game, Time Hollow will include a fair share of gameplay puzzles for players to solve along the way. It will also include a variety of characters, each of whom will be driven by a script written by Junko Kawano, the script writer for Suikoden IV.
The main character in Time Hollow will be Ethan Kairos, who is on a quest to solve the mysterious disappearance of his family. While on his quest, Ethan comes across the “Hollow Pen,” an object that has the unique power to open portals to the past.
Using the DS stylus and both screens, players will use the Hollow Pen to draw portals between the past and present, encountering a variety of characters who help them guide Ethan on his search for his family.
