Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 Coming to PS3, Xbox 360 this Fall

August 5, 2008 by Sara Leave a Comment

Konami today took the wraps officially off of Pro Evolution Soccer 2009, which the company will ship in North America for just about every platform under the sun this fall. That means (deep breath now): PS3, PS2, Xbox 360, PSP and PC DVD-ROM.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 has undergone a graphical update to ensure its players look more like their real-life counterparts, while all-new options allow users to tailor the game to their own tastes. Konami has also added new “more stylish” moves, tweaked the control scheme and added online elements.

Other than those general insights and the heads-up that Argentinean Forward Lionel Messi will be the cover athlete, Konami is remaining mum on just what those “updates” include. We’ll bring you more information on the upgrades as details surface.
