Nine new tracks are coming to the Rock Band Music Store catalog, Harmonix announced today, including brand new material from The Killers’ soon-to-release album “Day and Age.” The DLC will be available on November 25, just in time for players to rock out with friends during the long Thanksgiving weekend.
On the day of The Killers’ album’s release, Rock Band fans will be able to purchase the new track “Spaceman” through the Rock Band Music Store, as well as The Killers’ previously released tracks “Mr. Brightside” and “Smile Like You Mean It.” All three songs will be available for download both as a three-pack and individually.
The three tracks will join “When You Were Young,” which is already featured in the Rock Band Music Store catalog.
In addition, several new songs from Soundgarden will be added to the Rock Band catalog, including “Jesus Christ Pose” and “Pretty Noose.” Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun” and “Spoonman” are already online.
Next week’s DLC will be rounded out by a three-pack from Swedish neo-metal guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen’s latest album featuring “Caprici Di Diablo,” “Damnation Game” and “Red Devil.” It will also include the single “Laid to Rest” from heavy metal band Lamb of God.
Each track will be available November 25 for 160 Microsoft Points (individually) on Xbox 360 and 440 Microsoft Points for The Killers and Yngwie Malmsteen three-packs. On the PS3, the prices will be $1.99 or $5.49, respectively.
