Dreamcatcher Games has announced the next game in the Seven Kingdoms real-time-strategy franchise. Called Seven Kingdoms: Conquest, the Windows PC game is scheduled to ship sometime during the first quarter of 2008.
Seven Kingdoms: Conquest is the third installment of the Seven Kingdoms franchise, which is known for its unique attributes differentiating it from competing RTS titles.
Conquest will deliver all the features of previous games in the series while adding some new features and strategies. In skirmish, multiplayer or campaign mode, players will choose from one of seven Human civilizations or one of seven Demon races, each with unique units and special abilities.
“Longtime fans of the Seven Kingdoms series are really going to be impressed with the new features in Conquest,” said Brian Gladman, Senior Product Manager at DreamCatcher Games. “We’ve stayed true to the series while adding new content that is sure to make Seven Kingdoms: Conquest a successful title in a franchise that continues to stand out in the RTS genre.”
