Sega and Bizarre Creations’ ruthless fighting game The Club is scheduled to ship in February 2008, ironically the same month as the cushy love-fest known as Valentine’s Day.
The Club, which will ship for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, lets only the most ruthless killers join an underground elite known as The Club, where the rich and powerful watch fighters test their skills through secretive tournaments. Basically, it’s like a glorified and modern gladiator game.
Players will choose between eight fighters, each with his or her own combat style and agendas, as they travel the globe in a series of urban battlefields. In addition to a variety of single-player scenarios, The Club also supports multiple multiplayer options.
