Microsoft today confirmed a revised release date for Forza Motorsport 2, the Xbox 360’s would-be Gran Turismo killer. The new street date: May 29.
According to the official statement from Microsoft, the development team will use the extra time “to further play test and polish the game to ensure it crosses the finish line at retail as the best racing simulator ever made.”
Our guess? It’s just a lot of work to create a game with more than 300 car models, and the developers needed a few extra weeks to maintain their sanity. No biggie.
