Naruto: The Broken Bond, an Xbox 360-exclusive game based on the popular animated series, has shipped to retailers, Ubisoft announced today. The new Naruto game includes both single-player and multiplayer modes.
Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, Naruto: The Broken Bond takes place immediately after the events of Naruto: Rise of a Ninja, with the ninja Naruto having evolved into a mature and strong hero. However, Naruto finds himself surrounded by conflict and must work with friends to stop his old friend Sasuke, who has gone out on a self-destructive quest for power.
In addition to this single-player story, Naruto: The Broken Bond features an online multiplayer mode that allows players to compete against one another in online tournaments. Players can choose from 30 characters and play alongside friends to defeat other teams online via Xbox Live.
