If you needed more evidence that zombies are making a comeback — aside from Dying Light and the giveaway we have for that Xbox One game — there’s a new Windows game called I, Zombie that uses undead minions in ways that have never before been possible in a game. We thought you might want to check it out, which is why this new game giveaway will let you win I, Zombie for Windows PC for free.
I, Zombie is quite a different zombie game. In this title, gamers play the role of the zombie — in and of itself a novel concept — but they do so in a real-time strategy sort of way. In I, Zombie, players can command their infested comrades, fight their way to freedom and let “zombie kind” dominate the world.
Though the game is also available on Xbox 360 and iOS, it hasn’t been until this Windows PC version released that we got really excited about it. For some reason, managing armies of minions, whether undead or not, has always seemed easier using a mouse and keyboard than a controller or touchscreen.
With that excitement in mind, we were thrilled to be able to offer our readers the chance to check out I, Zombie for themselves through a game giveaway. Even if you’ve never played a real-time strategy game before, I, Zombie has enough personality that it might just make a believer out of you. And if not, it will at least give you a chance to command the undead rather than blast or bludgeon them back to the nether world.
