The SingStar games for PS2 (and now PS3) have been a huge hit in Europe, but their success in America was still somewhat surprising. With their mix of karaoke-style lyrics and music-video backgrounds, the SingStar games tapped into the world’s sing-along spirit and took PlayStation 2 owners by storm. The latest entry in the franchise, SingStar Pop Volume 2, includes 30 more chart-topping songs and music videos to which PS2 owners can rock out. From Ashlee Simpson and Avril Lavigne to Fergie and Norah Jones, SingStar Pop Vol. 2 includes a diverse mix of karaoke-style songs.
