The cult-favorite drama N-Secure is headed to Blu-ray June 14, just in time for Dads & Grads gifting for the thriller-film fans in your house. The no-holds-barred film is headlined by Cordell Moore (Diary of a Mad Black Woman), Essence Atkins (“Are We There Yet?”), Denise Boutte (“Meet the Browns”), and Lamman Rucker (Why Did I Get Married Too).

In N-Secure, wealthy businessman David Washington (Moore) wants to control every aspect of his life, including his beautiful girlfriend Robin (Atkins). As his domineering nature grows more violent, Robin is pushed into the arms of her best friend’s sexy fiance (Rucker). Furious with Robin’s betrayal and haunted by his own insecurities, David sabotages his relationship with his naïve new girlfriend (Boutte) and soon finds himself ensnared in a web of revenge and murder.
The film’s supporting cast includes NAACP Image Award nominee Elise Neal (Hustle and Flow), Tempestt Bledsoe (“The Cosby Show”), BernNadette Stanis (“Good Times”), and Thomas ‘Nephew Tommy’ Miles (“The Steve Harvey Morning Show”).
Both the Blu-ray and DVD versions of N-Secure will include the feature film as well as a bonus feature titled “Inside N-Secure.” Details are scant as to what’s included on the bonus feature, but it’s likely a relatively standard behind-the-scenes or making-of feature.
