Disney Home Entertainment today confirmed the release date for Wall-E on Blu-ray Disc: November 18. The Wall-E Blu-ray release date means you’ll be able to pick up the film before Thanksgiving and have some robotic movie-watching to do while battling the tryptophan coma.
If you’ve been living under a rock since spring, here’s a quick recap of Disney-Pixar’s newest film, Wall-E: Wall-E is a lonely robot cleaning up Earth’s terrestrial garbage as the last functioning robot on our now-abandoned planet. His cleaning routine is interrupted by the arrival of EVE, who is obligated to report Wall-E’s discovery of plant life to the now-long-gone humans. Wall-E and EVE’s adventure spans the galaxy with stunning visuals and a rather pessimistic interpretation about the future of mankind.
