Sierra Entertainment has announced a new game that will be great news to many DailyGamer’s ears: the first appearance of Spyro the Dragon on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Called Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, the new game will see Spyro teaming up with Cynder to thwart the Dark Master’s evil impact on the world. To help with this mission, Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon will introduce two new elements for a Spyro game: Spyro will be able to fly at any time, and players will be able to take advantage of a new drop-in/drop-out co-op mode.
In the new Spyro co-op mode, players will be able to complete the game as either Spyro or Cynder.
The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon is scheduled to ship this fall for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2 and Nintendo DS.
