Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is already on thousands of gamers’ must-own lists for 2011, and the gameplay video below is bound to entice a few more folks to chalk it up to must-buy status.

The Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception gameplay video below comes directly from a media event in Hollywood hosted by SCEA and Naughty Dog. This scene shows main protagonist Nathan Drake and his sidekick Sully making their way through a burning building as they try to track down the connection of T.E. Lawrence (aka “Lawrence of Arabia”) to the lost Arabian referred to as “The Atlantis of the Sands.”

According to the PlayStation Blog, where this video comes from, the gameplay footage shown here shows about one-fourth of the entire live gameplay demo that was on-site at the media event. There’s a lot to take in here, such as melee attacks from up high and Nathan Drake grabbing onto the wall for extra support. But words stink; check out this video instead.
