Today, Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2, an air combat action game developed by Ubisoft Romania, is available in North America for the Wii.
Built from the ground up for Wii, Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 opens a new chapter in the air combat genre, offering an intense co-op experience for flight enthusiasts of all levels and engaging players in every aspect of near-future jet fighter conflicts.
While the entire game can be played in two-person co-op (with the second player functioning as the back-seat pilot helping to defend airplanes and take down enemies), there’s also a multiplayer mode with a classic arcade feel that can be enjoyed by up to eight players simultaneously.
H.A.W.X. 2 includes a multitude of modes in addition to the Campaign mode. Players can test their dogfight skills against enemies, go retro with a classic arcade-style top scroller, challenge in-story characters who are flying their trademark aircraft to prove who’s the best.
H.A.W.X. 2 for Wii is rated T for Teen and costs $29.99. With an MSRP of $49.99, the Windows PC version will be available for download worldwide on November 11.
