Electronic Arts has found a clever way to entice gamers to buy the just-announced Command & Conquer 3 Limited Collection: include a beta pass for Red Alert 3.
The Command & Conquer 3 Limited Collection, which EA unveiled this morning for Windows PC, will include Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars as well as the anticipated expansion pack Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath. The entire pack will retail in North America for $49.99.
The kicker, though, is the exclusive invitation to the beta test for Command & Conquer Red Alert 3. That alone should be enough to entice some folks to pick up the Limited Collection.
All told, the C&C 3 Limited Collection includes 45 single-player missions that cover two decades of Tiberium lore, from the rise of Kane and the rebirth of Nod all the way through the Third Tiberium War and beyond.
