indiePub Entertainment has released an arcade-style combat racing game called Fireburst today for Xbox 360 via Xbox Live. The PS3 version will hit in a few months. In Fireburst, players blast opponents off the road via arcade-style combat racing, and as they outrun their opponents they can even set them ablaze in their flaming wake.
Fireburst includes 16 different playable racers, each of which is sarcastic has has unique fire-based special abilities. The game has a single-player mode, local four-player mode or an eight-player online mode.
Fireburst is available worldwide today via Xbox Live for 800 Microsoft Points. It’s also available for PC (Windows) via Steam. The PS3 version will release later this summer on PlayStation Network.
