A new puzzle game hits the Xbox 360 this week, as TiQal will launch on Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday.
TiQal will carry a price of 800 Microsoft Points.
TiQal features 120 levels of “easy to learn yet difficult to master” puzzles, which players can tackle while accumulating 14 power-ups. Since it’s an Xbox 360 game, TiQual also includes multiplayer support for up to two players via Xbox Live, but also on the same console.
The goal of TiQal is to save the TiQual village by demolishing enemies’ block walls. To do so, players must match squares of the same color and build them up (a la Tetris). Building walls racks up combo points and earns players the aforementioned power-ups.
Also on Wednesday, Microsoft will release Switchball on Xbox LIVE Arcade this Wednesday with a free update that delivers enhanced graphics and the possibility of even higher scores.
