Minneapolis based Twin Citizen Media, LLC introduces Hoopy Drop 1.0, a free version of the current, well received App Store game. Hoopy is a red bouncy ball. The player controls Hoopy by tilting his or her iPhone or iPod touch, dropping Hoopy and bouncing him off the edges of his or her device.
