Lightwood Games announced they will continue development of “Plasma Party,” their award-winning entry from the UK’s first GameHack event. Plasma Party extends a simple “lights out” game concept, using multiple iOS devices to spread the gameplay onto several screens. Up to 16 devices can be combined into one playing surface. The two-person team won prizes for “Most Innovative Idea” and “Best Use of Mobile” at the hackathon, which challenged entrants to create an original game in just 24 hours.

Nitro1 Entertainment LLC today announces CatCity 1.2, an update to their maze style puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. CatCity follows you, playing as one of 7 cats, through a maze of fun game play. The object of the game is to be the first one to navigate your cat so he finds all his favorite things.
