Smartphone game company Kwalee have had fun in their office by creating avatars of their staff, starting with CMO Bruce Everiss. Designed and created by Kwalee artist, Jay Lytwynenko, during Creative Wednesday, the game veteran avatar is clutching an object that most represents him. Bruce’s avatar clasps an iconic Sinclair ZX Spectrum, which he primarily marketed games for, whilst working at Imagine Software. The Spectrum is recognised as one of the most popular European computers of the 1980s.

UK based Applaud today introduces Bugly 1.0, its fun and addictive puzzle game for iOS devices. In Bugly, the aim of the game is to survive for as long as possible before the timer runs out. The player makes vertical chains of 3 or more same-coloured bugs. Tapping a bug rotates those around it clockwise, so bugs can be moved around the board and positioned into chains of between 3 and 8 bugs. Then when the chain is tapped points and additional time are awarded.

Caricature Maker Pro gives users the opportunity to create caricatures of themselves and others, by using the app’s unique features to alter a photo from their iPhone, iPod, or iPad gallery.
