If you’ve been paying any attention to
the retail situation this year, you know the Nintendo Wii is impossible to find. Unless you hit eBay, of course, at which point you’re guaranteed to pay a premium to an enterprising / capitalistic / opportunistic / nefarious guy who bought 12 Wiis with the expressed purpose of turning a profit on each and every one. a few years ago, and it upped the ante even more with Guitar Hero 2. Consequently, the fall 2007 release of Guitar Hero 3 got people in quite a tizzy. Sure, it went up against newcomer Rock Band from MTV Games. So what? This was Guitar Hero; this was the game many digital rockers were looking forward to one full year in advance. The hype has made Guitar Hero 3 hard to find this holiday….
